All documents filed within a case, should be served by the filing party on the opposing party.
If you have not received service of the other side's filing, you can see if documents have been filed in your case, by contacting the Civil Business Office where your case is assigned, during phone hours 8:30am-11:30am Monday through Friday to speak to a clerk. Please have your case information ready when calling. Phone numbers for the different Court locations may be found here.
If your case is an Imaged case, then you may be able to view your case on the Register of Actions to see all updated entries.
